Slides from jQuery Mobile State of the Framework 2011, Todd Parker & Scott Jehl

At this fall’s jQuery Conference in Boston, MA, Filament Group’s Todd Parker and Scott Jehl presented the jQuery Mobile Framework keynote. The session covered the current state of the project, an overview of the releases since the first alpha last fall, direction for how best to make use of the framework today, and some upcoming tools such as a new ThemeRoller (video preview), and download builder.

<p>35 billion devices on the Internet? Come on guys. According to pigeonhole principle this means that each person on this planet should have at least 5 devices, all of which should be connected to the Internet.

However, the slides were really cool. Thanks.

<p>I don’t believe in 35 million devices. There are billions of people in africa and asia with not even an interenet connection.. Anyway.. jquery will make it ;-)
